Introduction of Channel Type Bus/Truck Washing Machine with three brush The DXC (D) series bus washing machine produced by our factory is specially designed for buses and medium buses. It adopts channel-type vehicle washing method , can continue fast speed washing with high level of automation, can do large number of washing, and have small occupy of places. Main functions: vehicle chassis flushing, auto- detection system, auto-induction water spray, automatically wash vehicle body through its shape . This equipment has been on the market for nearly 20 years and is popular in most bus companies and coach station in China and abroad.

Washing process:
1. When the start button is pressed and the entrance signal light turn to green, the washing machine in the standby state. When the vehicle moves slowly to the cleaning area , the washing machine starts up automatically,It'll pre-spraying and rinsing, with cleaning brush to wash top of the vehicle, two sides and back of the vehicle After cleaning, there is no dust ,soil or other dirty area on the vehicle body.during the cleaning process, the washing brush will automatically avoid the rearview mirror according to the signal detection. When the vehicle drive out from the cleaning area, the cleaning ends automatically and waiting for the next vehicle to enteri in the washiing area.
2.The side brush consists of two sets of large rocking-type side brushes. By pneumatically controllingthe opening and closing of the brush arm, the appropriate air pressure generates a certain pressure,so that the rotating brush close to the car body, and it is rotated by the brush body. The brush fiber works at the surface of the car to cause rapid friction between the brush fibers and the surface of the car to remove dirt on the vehicle body .
3. The side brusher can avoid the rear view mirror automatically under the signal detect Each side brusher are detected according to the signal light, it'll rest for minutes after relative time work.
4. The top brush is used for cleaning the top part of the vehicle , and automatically cleaning the vehicle top through signal detection starting and stopping at the appropriate time.
5. At the exit and entrance of the machine, a set of high-pressure water spray arches are provided for pre-flushing and final flushing of the vehicle.
